Tumor cell infiltration that occurs in the cervix causes disruption of the surrounding tissue and cannot function properly, which is called cervical cancer. Signs and symptoms of cervical cancer that can occur include massive bleeding, painful, and abnormal and continuous discharge. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach to three patients being treated for cervical cancer. The purpose of the research is to provide an overview of comprehensive nursing care for cervical cancer patients with chronic pain nursing problems by providing interventions in the form of pain management and collaborative guided imagery non-pharmacological therapy. Providing guided imagery therapy could reduce the pain scale of cervical cancer patients, because the guided imagery technique try to create a positive impression in the mind and then focusing on pleasant experiences can gradually reduce the perception of discomfort due to pain. The guided imagery technique was conducted for 3 days with 15 minutes everytime per meeting. The results obtained were a decrease of 2-3 points from the three patients measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale. This showed that the guided imagery technique can be used as an accompanying technique and supporting therapy in an effort to overcome pain problems in cervical cancer patients. This therapy can be done independently and is flexible, cheap, without any side effects on the patient's condition.
