ANALISIS PENGARUH WATER CLEAN DAN DRY CLEAN SECARA OTOMATIS PADA PERMUKAAN PANEL SURYA TERHADAP DAYA KELUARAN
Solar panels need to be maintained properly so that their performance remains optimal. Influences on panel performance include pollution covering the panel surface, environmental temperature, panel surface temperature, and sunlight intensity. So the author carried out solar panel cleaning experiments using automatic water clean and dry clean methods. The experiment was carried out at the best effectiveness of sunlight, namely between 10.00 WIB and 14.00 WIB. Experiments were carried out by comparing the voltage, current and output power between panels using water clean, dry clean and panels without cleaning. From the measurement results obtained for 10 days, the largest average voltage, average current and average output power values were found on solar panels using water clean, namely at 12.00 WIB with a voltage of 14.97 volts, a current of 0.05 A, and an output power of 0.748 watts. Meanwhile, the smallest average voltage, average current, and average output power values are found on solar panels without cleaning, namely at 14.00 WIB with a voltage of 9.05 volts, a current of 0.029 A, and an output power of 0. 26 watts. The water clean method has the highest cleaning impact and produces the greatest output power, this is because apart from being a cleanser, water also functions as a coolant on the surface of the solar panels.
