ANALISIS KEBISINGAN AKIBAT LALU LINTAS PADA JALAN SOEKARNO-HATTA DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The study aims to measure and analyze vehicle traffic noise figures on Soekarno-Hatta Stret, create a noise model to predict the noise numbers on Soakarno- Hatta Stret in Palembang City. The data was collected at one location in front of Mega Finance with the aim of obtaining noise data as well as some other traffic variables such as noise level and vehicle sped. In this study the data is analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as with calculations using regression analysis methods. The data obtained is analysed with the help of software such as Microsoft Excell and SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution). The data was measured on Wednesday, July 13, 2023 and resulted in noise values caused by traffic activity at a distance point of SLM (Sound Level Meter) 5 metres reaching 71.83 dB(A) to 74.46 dB (A). The results of the research showed that the noise level in Soekarno-Hatta Stret has exceded the standard noise limits permitted under Decre No.48 of the State Minister of Environment of 1996 on a noise quality standard of 70 dB(A) for commercial and service areas. From the results of this research, noise control efforts should be made to reduce noise pollution on the strets.
