One form of processed rubber products that dominates rubber plantations is sleb. Sleb is a type of processed rubber material that is generally sold by rubber farmers. Based on the time of sale, there are several types of slabs sold by rubber farmers, namely weekly slabs and 2 weekly slabs. The aims of this study were to (1) compare the differences in the income of rubber farmers who sell slabs per week and per dua weeks using T test analysis (2) to describe farming and how to process rubber into sleb in Suban Jeriji Village using descriptive analysis based on questionnaires given to respondents (3) Analyze what factors influence the decision of rubber farmers in Suban Jeriji Village to sell sleb per week and every 2 weeks using Logistic Regression analysis . The research method used in this study was a survey method by interviewing each rubber farmer in Hamlet I, Suban Jeriji Village with the help of a questionnaire. Data collection in this study was carried out in October 2022 – March 2023. The results of this study indicate that the average farming income of rubber farmers selling sledgehammers per week is smaller than the farming income earned by rubber farmers who sell slabs per dua weeks. There are several differences in the processing of latex into sleb processing of latex into sleb between rubber farmers selling sleb per week and every 2 weeks which include the amount of acid added, the thickness of the sleb produced and the duration of sleb printing. Factors that have a significant positive effect on farmers' decisions to sell schedule per week or every 2 weeks, namely the amount of production, income and land area. While the factors that have a significant negative effect on the farmer's decision to sell slebs per week or every 2 weeks are experience and level of education.
