Children aged 6-12 years are in a period of growth and development, vulnerable to the risk of injury or accidents at school. At this age, children are actively playing and exploring the environment so that children do not think about the risks that will occur while playing. If an accident or injury occurs at school, the teacher is the first person in charge who will provide first aid to the child. Good teacher knowledge of first aid can provide quick and appropriate action when an injury occurs at school so that injuries can be prevented. The purpose of the Study was to determine the overview of the level of knowledge of first aid on elementary school teachers. The design of this study was a quantitative descriptive method study. The sample in this study were 86 respondents who were taken using cluster sampling. The data for this study were collected using a questionnaire that was distributed directly. Respondents in this study were in the age range of 41-60 years 60.5%, female 73.3%, had performed first aid 91.9% and respondents had been exposed to information about first aid through social media 52.3%. The results of the Study showed that 53.3% of respondents had good knowledge, 39.5% of respondents had sufficient knowledge and 7% of respondents had insufficient knowledge. The results of the study of knowledge level of first aid was in the good category, this was because the average level of knowledge of elementary school teachers was Strata 1 (SI) and the teachers' extensive experience in dealing with injuries experienced by students at school. Respondents who have a good level of knowledge will know what actions to take if students need first aid quickly and correctly.
