ANALISIS STABILITAS SISTEM KELISTRIKAN SUMATERA BARAT TERHADAP INTERKONEKSI PLTS TERAPUNG SINGKARAK
The inability of renewable plants such as PLTS Singkarak to produce energy continuously due to the influence of intermittency can result in energy fluctuations. The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of intermittency on PLTS Singkarak and compare the conditions before and after PLTS Singkarak is interconnected to the West Sumatra system carried out by DIgSILENT stability simulation. From the first simulation conducted to determine the effect of intermittency on PLTS, it was found that the highest decrease in frequency and voltage stability was when the cloud covered #1 #2 #3 #4 PV, each with a capacity of 13 MW, namely 49.899 Hz and 150.809 kV. And in the second simulation, which included the Teluk Sirih #1 90 MW PLTU, carried out to compare the impact before and after the PLTS interconnection, the frequency and voltage dropped to 49.837 Hz and 149.958 kV before the interconnection, and 49.819 Hz and 150.733 kV after the interconnection. The decrease in frequency and voltage stability that occurs in each simulation is still within the safe limits of the Sumatra network rules.
