PT Priamanaya Energi is a company engaged in mining and selling coal commodities. At PT Priamanaya Energi, mining is planned to follow the mining sequence. However, the implementation of mining shows differences between the actual conditions in the field and the mining sequence. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which production is in accordance with the mining plan, identify locations that experience differences, analyze the causes, and assess the impact and steps that can be taken. By overlaying the mining sequences and actuals in the field using Minescape 5.7, overcut and undercut calculations will be obtained. Based on the mining sequence, PT Priamanaya Energi's production achievement in February was 39.53% of 109,486 tons, namely 43,287 tons of coal, and 37.86% of 643,657 BCM, namely 243,713 BCM for overburden, so that the overcut results for coal and overburden were 1,173 tons and 6,515 BCM, respectively, and the undercut areas of coal and overburden were 66,199 tons and 399,944 BCM, respectively. Factors causing non-conformance with the design include the effective working time of the overburden digger that is less than planned, the productivity of the equipment that does not reach the target, and the lack of attention to elevation benchmarks. To overcome this problem, several steps can be taken, improving supervision of mining directions, improving operator performance and discipline, and ensuring that mining stakes are in accordance with the plan.
