Background: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, multisystem autoimmune disease with a relapsing-remitting course that requires long-term management and ongoing monitoring. Pediatric patients with SLE face challenges in maintaining medication adherence, monitoring symptoms, and maintaining personal medical records. The use of mobile health technology, such as the "Lupie Diary" app, is a potential innovation to improve patient adherence and self-management. Objective: To provide nursing care to pediatric patients with SLE through the use of the Android application "Lupie Diary" as a medium for monitoring symptoms, recording medical records, and reminding to take medication to improve medication compliance and support patient selfmanagement in the Selincah Room of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Central General Hospital of Palembang. Methods: This study used a descriptive case study approach in three pediatric patients with SLE. The nursing process included assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI with the integration of the "Lupie Diary" application. The data security was maintained through the access restrictions and encrypted storage. Results: The primary nursing problems identified were nutritional deficits and readiness for improved health management, as well as additional problems such as hyperthermia, impaired tissue integrity, activity intolerance, nausea, and impaired skin integrity. The evaluation showed improved medication adherence, consistent symptom recording, and family involvement in care. Conclusion: The use of the "Lupie Diary" application effectively improved medication adherence and health management in children with SLE. Based on the evidence-based practice results from several articles and systematic reviews, this application proves to play a role as a mobile health (mHealth) medium that supports self-management in SLE patients through educational functions and symptom recording. Although its clinical effectiveness is not proven through controlled trials, its presence in the scientific literature indicates that its development is based on the evidence-based practice principles and takes into account the safety and ethical aspects of patient data use.
