This research aims to evaluate the quality of the HIV/AIDS Information System (SIHA) website using the WebQual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The evaluation was carried out to understand user perceptions and expectations regarding three quality dimensions: Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. Research data was obtained through questionnaires filled out by 116 respondents from various work units at the Muara Enim District Health Service. The analysis results show that the average WebQual Index (WQI) is 0.82, which indicates that website quality is in the good category. However, the gap analysis (Gap Analysis) shows negative values in all quality dimensions, with the largest gap value found in Service Interaction Quality (-0.14). Through IPA analysis, one main priority indicator for improvement was found, namely ease of use of the menu (US8). This indicator is considered very important, but has low performance. Recommendations are provided to improve the user experience, including simplifying menus and adding direct communication features. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for developers to improve the quality of SIHA website services and provide insight for future research.
