Seizures are conditions of impaired consciousness, behavior, emotions, motor, sensory and/or autonomic functions that caused by the release of electrical charges in brain neurons. The type of seizure that is experienced often by children aged 12-59 months is febrile seizures. Febrile seizures require proper and immediate treatment because they can cause children to fall into injury, choke, or even block the airway. One effort that can be done to provide knowledge to parents about how to prevent and treat febrile seizures is to provide health education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the FESMACARD game on respondent’s knowledge about seizure management. This study was a quantitative study with a quasy experimental pre and post test design without a control group. The number of samples in study were 33 respondents. The sample selection was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a knowledge questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The result of the statistical test showed that the median value of respondent’s knowledge during the pretest were 10 and the posttest were 14 with a p-value of 0.000
