This study aims to empirically test and analyze the influence of cash holding, corporate governance proxied by board size and board gender diversity, and environmental performance on firm value moderated by firm size. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector in 2018 – 2023 are the objects of this research. Through the purposive sampling method, a sample of 22 companies was obtained with a total of 132 observations. For testing, multiple linear regression analysis techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) were used using SPSS version 25 analysis tool. The results of the study prove that cash holding and environmental performance have a positive and significant effect on firm value, board gender diversity has a negative and significant effect on firm value, board size does not affect firm value, firm size is able to strongly moderate the effect of cash holding on firm value, firm size is able to weakly moderate the effect of board size on firm value, and firm size is unable to moderate the effect of board gender diversity and environmental performance on firm value.
