PERANCANGAN SISTEM MONITORING DEBIT DAN KEKERUHAN AIR MENGGUNAKAN RESTFUL WEB SERVICE
Water is a vital resource that needs to be monitored in terms of both quantity and quality. This study aims to design a real-time water flow and turbidity monitoring system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology with RESTful Web Service integration. The system is built using an ESP32 microcontroller as the data processing center connected to a YF-S201 sensor for water flow measurement and a SEN0189 sensor for turbidity level (NTU) measurement. The sensor reading data is sent to the server via the HTTP POST method in JSON format, then stored in a MySQL database and visualized through an interactive web dashboard based on Laravel 12 and Filament v3. The research methods include stages of literature study, hardware and software requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Testing results show that the system is capable of reading and displaying water flow and turbidity data accurately and in real-time. Additionally, the designed REST API functions stably for data communication between IoT devices and the server. This system has proven to be an effective solution for efficient, accessible water quality monitoring and can be further developed for industrial and environmental applications.
