PENERAPAN METODE MECUE 2.0 DALAM EVALUASI PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI MYTELKOMSEL
Technological advancements in the era of globalization have driven rapid progress in telecommunications, particularly through the internet and smartphones. MyTelkomsel, a self-service application by Telkomsel, is designed to facilitate users in managing telecommunications services conveniently. However, despite offering various advanced features, many users report negative experiences, such as a confusing interface, application instability, and other technical issues. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the MyTelkomsel application using the MeCUE 2.0 method. MeCUE 2.0 was chosen for its ability to assess both functional and non-functional quality through a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. Data were collected from 368 valid respondents, with analysis involving descriptive statistics and mapping results across five main modules. The findings reveal that the usefulness and usability indicators received high average scores of 6.31 and 6.25, reflecting the application's effective functionality and ease of use. However, aspects such as commitment (4.64) and intention to use (4.74) indicate a lack of user engagement with the application. These results highlight the need for improvements in visual design elements, application stability, and the development of more appealing features.
