This research aims to produce a Science Student Worksheet (LKPD) on the topic of Elements, Compounds and Mixtures based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) which arevalid, practical and effective. The development model used is the Rowntree development model modified with Tessmer‟s formative evaluation. The data analysis technique used in validation is the V Aiken's formula, in practicality it is the Cohhen Kappa formula and for effectiveness of using the N-Gain test conversion. The research results show that the LKPD developed was as follows: 1) Valid, with an average validity score of 1 in the very valid category. 2) Practical, obtained by an average practicality score for the one to one stage of 1 in the very feasible category and small group with an average practicality of 0,98 in the very feasible category. 3) Effective in improving student learning outcomes with an N-Gain percent value of the 85,00 In the effective category. Based on these data, it shows that the worksheet for science students on the topics of elements, compounds and mixtures based on problem based learning that have been developed meet the valid, practical and effective criteria.
