The low coverage of triple elimination examinations is still a national problem in Indonesia, including in the working area of the Talang Ratu Public Health Center of Palembang City which has not reached the target according to the national standards. The implementation of triple elimination examinations during antenatal care (ANC) visits is not optimal, so there are still pregnant women who do not carry out the examinations according to the schedule. This study aimed to find out the determinant factors of ANC visits of pregnant women in triple elimination examinations. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The number of sample was 78 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques from a total population of 243 people. The data collection was carried out using questionnaires that contained demographic characteristics, knowledge, family support, and affordability of access. The research instrument was prepared by the researcher and has been tested for its validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed bivariately using chisquare and multivariate tests with multiple logistic regression. The results of the bivariate test showed that the knowledge (p 0.001) and family support (p=0.043) had a significant relationship with the triple elimination examination. The multivariate analysis confirmed that the pregnant women's knowledge was the most dominant factor influencing the triple elimination examination, with an odds ratio (OR) value of 6,890. The results of this study show that the knowledge of pregnant women plays an important role in increasing the participation of triple elimination examinations.
