The research is entitled "Development of an E-Module Based on Case Based Learning Using the eXeLearning 2.8 Application Material on the Palembang War (1819-1821) during the Palembang Sultanate at SMA Negeri 18 Palembang". Research has been carried out and implemented in class XI F 7 SMA Negeri 18 Palembang. The aim of the research is to develop e-modules with validity and effectiveness that can influence student learning outcomes. This research is development research using the ADDIE model. The validity of the e-module is based on the results of expert validation carried out on media experts, material experts and language experts. The validation results for media experts were 4.88, material experts were 4.83, and language experts were 4. The effectiveness of the e-module using the eXeLearning 2.8 application can be seen from the students' learning outcomes which were measured through the field test product trial stage in the pretest activity. and posttest participants were trained with an increase of 35.29% with an Ngain index of 0.78, which is included in the high category. This shows that the e-module based on case based learning using the eXeLearning 2.8 application regarding the Palembang War (1819-1821) during the Palembang Sultanate is valid and effective.
