RANCANG BANGUN PIEZOELEKTRIK PADA INSOLE SEPATU SEBAGAI GENERATOR LISTRIK UNTUK PENGISIAN BATERAI PERALATAN ELEKTRONIK
Energy that was previously wasted unnoticed can be harnessed to create an environmentally friendly form of electrical power. The source of electrical power can be obtained by conversion generated from the pressure of human feet while walking or running with the concept of piezoelectric energy harvesting. This research involves theoretical and experimental analysis to evaluate the efficiency as well as the output value of the series and parallel circuit configurations with footstep variations. The piezoelectric prototype produces output in the form of AC voltage and current which is then converted into DC voltage and current by utilizing a diode bridge rectifier circuit. Based on the results of measurements and calculations that have been carried out using 2 circuit configurations and 10 footstep variations, the largest output value is obtained in the parallel circuit configuration with 250 footsteps with a voltage of 5.11 V and a current of 1.54 mA, with the resulting power of 78,694 x 〖10〗^(-4) Watt. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the parallel circuit produces better output voltage and current values compared to the series circuit, and the output voltage and current values produced by each circuit configuration are directly proportional to the number of footsteps.
