This study aims to determine the TPACK ability profile of science teachers on circulatory system material in Sungailiat District. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires, CoRes & TPaP-eRs, and interviews with 8 science teachers in Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency. The results of the CoRes & TPaP-eRs instrument covering 5 aspects showed that the average TPACK ability of teachers reached 62.5%, in the Maturing-TPACK development category and 37.5% in the Growing TPACK category. These results are in line with the results of the questionnaire which shows that the teacher's TPACK ability reached 81% categorized as very good consisting of TK, PK, CK, PCK, TCK, TPK, and TPACK components so that it can be concluded that the TPACK ability of science teachers in Sungailiat District is in good condition. Differences in school status did not have a significant effect on teachers' TPACK skills, but teachers' experience influenced their ability to integrate technology, pedagogy, and learning content. Experienced teachers tend to have a better understanding of how to utilize technology to support pedagogy and learning content effectively. The results of this study are expected to be useful as information and evaluation materials for teachers to improve their abilities related to curriculum, technology, content, and pedagogy in the learning process.
