This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance at PT Bukit Asam Tbk. The research employs multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS program. The population in this study consists of 1,561 employees, with a sample of 94 employees selected using proportional random sampling. The results show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and career development also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
