PENGALAMAN KORBAN PERDAGANGAN ORANG (HUMAN TRAFFICKING) DI KECAMATAN PAYARAMAN, KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
This research discusses the experiences of victims of human trafficking in Payaraman District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Trafficking in persons according to the 2000 UN protocol is defined as recruitment, sending to a place, transfer, harboring or receiving through threats, or coercion by force or other violent means, kidnapping, fraud, abuse, sale, or acts of rental for profit. or certain payments for exploitation purposes. The research results show that the perpetrator sent the victim armed with experience working abroad. Based on the victim's experience of being deceived, they have to accept the fact that the victim has fallen into the trap of human trafficking. Motives why the victim was interested in working abroad: 1) Being trapped by family economic problems, 2) Invitation from someone close to him, 3) Compulsion. Meanwhile, the victim's motives for being interested in working abroad were 1) improving the family economy and 2) seeking experience. The impact of the experience experienced by the victim is physical injuries that can hinder daily activities, and can even cause death. Meanwhile, psychological wounds are trauma and closure so that they can affect the victim's interactions with their social environment. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological strategy. This research uses the phenomenological theory of Alfred Schutz. The aim of this research is to analyze the experiences of victims of human trafficking, find out the victims' motives for working abroad and find out about the lives of victims after becoming victims of human trafficking.
