Land with rubber commodities that are old and entering a less productive phase need to be replanted. In this condition, the land will be converted into oil palm commodities. Therefore, before replanting converted land, it is necessary to conduct a soil analysis first to determine the correct dosage of fertilization recommendations based on soil nutrient status and plant requirements so that fertilization becomes more efficient. The purpose of this study was to determine the nutrient status of N, P, K, and Mg and to recommend the right dose of fertilizer. The method used in this study was a detailed level survey method, followed by field sampling and laboratory analysis. The results showed nutrient status of N-total, P-available, K-dd, Mg-dd, C-organic, and CEC is in the very low to moderate category. are several soil samples that show C-Organic content below 2% even though the C-Organic content in the soil is at least 2%. The CEC value of the soil as a whole shows a low criterion. There is a relationship between CEC and Mg-dd in the soil. Fertilization according to the needs of plants is needed in order to increase the value of soil fertility.
