This research aims to determine the influence of work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Duta Mulia Palembang, with a sample size of 121 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data were processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 26 program. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Duta Mulia Palembang.
