This study aims to determine the concentration of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) in the Komering River, Kayu Agung, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, and to analyze the relationship between TSS and water quality parameters such as pH and electrical conductivity (EC). Samples were taken from six points with varying environmental characteristics and analyzed using gravimetric methods; pH and EC were measured in situ. The highest TSS value reached 75.8 mg/L, exceeding the quality threshold of 30 mg/L (PerMen LHK No.P.68/2016). The pH ranged from 7.1–8.3 and EC from 59–61 μmhos/cm. No significant correlation was found between TSS and either pH or EC. These findings emphasize the importance of regular water quality monitoring to preserve the Komering River ecosystem.
