This study evaluates the effectiveness of the OJIN (Ojek Indralaya) application as a digital transportation solution for students at Universitas Sriwijaya, Indralaya Campus. Employing a qualitative approach and Campbell J.P.’s effectiveness theory, the research assesses seven indicators of effectiveness through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that OJIN is effective in terms of program success, goal achievement, user satisfaction, operational input-output, and overall goal attainment. However, challenges remain in efficiency and technological adaptation. OJIN is considered relevant and adaptive to student needs, contributing to the development of digital-based public service delivery.
