This study explores the initiatives aimed at achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined in the United Nations' 2030 Agenda. These initiatives are not only a commitment for member states but also for AIESEC, a non-governmental organization that collaborates with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). AIESEC in Semarang, as part of the international AIESEC network, is actively promoting a program called UPreneur 14.0, which focuses on the implementation of SDG 8. The research utilizes the framework of NGO roles proposed by David Lewis and Nazneen Kanji, which categorizes these roles into three areas: catalyst, implementer, and partner. Through data analysis, this study identifies the initiatives undertaken by AIESEC in Semarang to implement SDG 8 according to these roles. As a catalyst, AIESEC in Semarang aims to inspire the youth in Semarang City to engage in the implementation of SDG 8. In its role as an implementer, the organization provides essential services to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City, particularly in terms of access to digital learning. Additionally, as a partner, AIESEC in Semarang collaborates with external organizations that share similar visions and missions, striving to successfully implement the program and create a positive impact for participants and the local economy. keyword: AIESEC in Semarang, NGO, SDGs
