This research aims to determine the effect of Providing Incentives (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of CV Kurnia Agung Bandung Branch. The population used was all employees of CV Kurnia Agung Bandung Branch, totaling 70 employees using a saturated sample (census). Primary data was obtained via a google form which had previously been answered by respondents and used the multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS release 26 software as the analysis tool. The results of this research show that Providing Incentives (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of CV Kurnia Agung Bandung Branch, both partially and simultaneously.
