PENGARUH HARGA, DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN DI RISKA LAUNDRY PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty using services at Riska Laundry Palembang. The research method is primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 90 respondents. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear analysis technique using SPSS Statistics 27 for windows. The results of the t-test and F-test in this study indicate that the variables Price and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on Customer Loyalty using services at Riska Laundry Palembang.
