This study aims to analyze the judge's legal considerations regarding land sale and purchase deeds based on Depok District Court Decision No. 226/Pdt.G/2018/PN.DpK.), and to analyze legal settlements as an implementation of judges' decisions regarding sale and purchase deeds that do not have legal evidentiary power. This research uses research methods; normative, using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, as well as using a statutory approach, conceptual approach and case approach. The results of this study explain that the Land Sale and Purchase Deed No. 156/8/Sawangan/1997 whose signature of the Seller as the Plaintiff was forged, and declared by the judge null and void and has no legal force as evidenced by the results of the laboratory criminalistic check. Legal settlement as an implementation of the judge's decision itself there are 4 divisions in litigation and non-litigation, the first for the defendant is duly in legal awareness to be morally responsible by providing compensation to the plaintiff as appropriate, the second for the PPAT that in the facts of the trial regarding AJB Tanah No. 156/8/Sawangan/1997 was not made by PPAT S based on the answer from the substitute Protocol so that it can be said that the PPAT was not involved in the forgery of the AJB. the third for the plaintiff as the seller is to be able to take legal action by asking BPN Depok city to unblock and reissue the replacement SHM No. 519 owned by the plaintiff, the fourth for BPN, namely to be able to implement the decision of the Panel of Judges by unblocking and reissuing the replacement Property Rights Certificate No.519 / Pangkalan Jati owned by the Plaintiff.
