The aim of the research is to find out and analyze the status, type, scope and implementation process of Foreclosed Collateral as an alternative for resolving bad banking loans, and to analyze the form, scope and process of implementing the role of notaries and PPATs in deeds of making Foreclosed Collateral as alternative settlement of banking bad credit. This research uses normative legal research. The results of data analysis on the problems that the author discusses are, the collateral status for AYDA is that the credit category must be bad credit, there must be efforts to rescue and resolve it. If it doesn't work, then carry out AYDA. For the type of collateral, the collateral that is more often used is Mortgage Rights. Meanwhile, for the scope itself, the creditor is obliged to provide notification and transparency, the debtor also has the obligation to pay off the remaining debt. And for the process of implementing AYDA, this is carried out voluntarily by both parties. And for the takeover process, the role of the notary is very large as a public official who makes authentic deeds, this is because the notary can carry out his authority in the form of making deeds. And in the process of implementing AYDA the notary plays a role in checking document.
