International trade activities are activities of buying and selling goods or services between one country and another, so that goods needed domestically that cannot be produced domestically can be fulfilled. As an effort by the government to increase international trade activities by increasing domestic exports, it depends on the role of the community who take part in encouraging the economy through domestic export activities, one of which is through the Ease of Import for Export Purposes (KITE) policy which is implemented by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The nature of the policies taken is of particular concern to export-oriented entrepreneurs in determining company policies in the field of exports and imports. This research aims to find out how the process of implementing KITE facilities at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise is increasing exports in South Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used in this research is the implementation theory created by Donald S. Van Meter and Van Horn to see the success of implementing the KITE policy at DJBC in increasing South Sumatra's exports. Van Horn. The focus of this research is the process of implementing KITE facilities at DJBC so that it can improve South Sumatra's export performance. used is primary data through interviews, and secondary data in books, journals, scientific articles and regulations. The results of this research show that the implementation of KITE facilities at DJBC has a positive impact on increasing exports in South Sumatra.
