ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN CUTTING TOOLS PADA ALAT WIRTGEN SURFACE MINER 2200 DI PT. PEMBANGUNAN SARANA PERKASA JOBSITE PT. SEMEN BATURAJA
PT Pembangunan Sarana Perkasa is a company engaged in mining and civil construction. In this case, PT. Pembangunan Sarana Perkasa collaborates with PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk to carry out the mining process at location 2A using the Wirtgen 2200 Surface Miner mechanical tool. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the performance and productivity of the Wirtgen 2200 Surface Miner mechanical tool in March and April to meet the limestone production target of 100,000 tons per month. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a decrease in productivity in April, making Cutting Tools and fuel more wasteful. There was primary data collection such as cycle time, track length, number of tracks, and excavation depth and secondary data to determine the use of Cutting Tools and fuel usage. This study analyzed the productivity of the Wirtgen 2200 Surface Miner tool actually and theoretically as well as the ratio of Cutting Tools and fuel usage. The Wirtgen 2200 Surface Miner uses the progressing along the bench method and the indirect loading type (windrowing). From the results of data processing, an analysis was obtained that the availability of the Wirtgen 2200 Surface Miner tool was obtained with a value of MA = 76.42%, PA = 81.96%, UA = 71.29%, and EU = 58.44%. An analysis of the tool availability time showed that it had reached the target set by the company. The actual productivity of the Wirtgen 2200 Surface Miner in March was 172.89 tons/hour. The actual productivity of the Wirtgen 2200 Surface Miner in April was 157.01 tons/hour. For the analysis of productivity in March, it was more effective than productivity in April because in April the land produced had harder rock hardness than the land produced in March so that many tools experienced breakdowns. The average replacement of Cutting Tools in March was 0.29 pcs/hour and a ratio of 0.001 pcs/ton, while in April it was 0.39 pcs/hour. The average diesel usage in March was 72.66 liters/hour and a ratio of 0.42 liters/hour, while in April it was 81.97 liters/hour and a ratio of 0.52 liters/hour. From the analysis results above, it is concluded that the ratio of Cutting Tools and Fuel Ratio in March is more effective than in April due to differences in rock hardness in the land being produced, which causes Cutting Tools to wear out quickly and more fuel is used (wasteful).
