PENGARUH PENGAYAAN Artemia sp. DENGAN MINYAK JAGUNG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP BENIH IKAN WADER PARI (Rasbora argyrotaenia)
The availability of high quality fish fry is one of the important factors in supporting the success of silver rasbora (Rasbora argyrotaenia) culture. One of the efforts that can be done is by feeding natural food enriched with nutrients, such as Artemia sp. enriched with corn oil as a source of essential fatty acids. This research aims to determine the best optimal dose of Artemia sp. enrichment with corn oil on survival and growth of silver rasbora fish fry. This research used a completely randomized design with five treatments and three replicates. Fish rearing were conducted at the National Centre for Freshwater Aquaculture, Sukabumi. Treatments consisted of Artemia sp. without enrichment (P0) and enrichment with corn oil at 0.05 mL L-¹ (P1), 0.1 mL L-¹ (P2), 0.15 mL L-¹ (P3), and 0.2 mL L-¹ (P4), respectively. Parameters observed included absolute length and weight growth, feed efficiency, survival, and water quality. The results showed that feeding Artemia sp. enriched with corn oil had a significant effect on all parameters observed (P
