ANALISIS TINGKAT KEAUSAN MATA BOR (DRILL BIT) TERHADAP VARIASI TEKANAN SKALA LABORATORIUM
This drilling test was carried out on 3 (three) concrete sample media where the concrete samples had different compressive strength values, including concrete samples with a compressive strength value of 6.2Kn, concrete samples with a compressive strength value of 4.5Kn, and concrete samples with a compressive strength value of 2.9Kn. In each test samples were given different loading variations of 6.9 N, 91 N, and 114 N. In each drilling test, 30 tests were taken. In the sample drilling test with a compressive strength of 6.2Kn and given a load of 6.9N, the initial drilling time was found to be 31.37 seconds and in the 14th drilling there was a drilling time that increased significantly by 188.41 seconds. Thus the drill bit experienced wear on the 14th drill. After the drilling test, in addition to affecting the shape of the drill bit, it also has an influence between loading and drilling speed. For example, a comparison of the initial drilling time carried out on samples with compressive strength of 6.2Kn with loading of 69N, 91N, and 114N with the same acceleration is given on a 1270rpm drilling sample media. At 69N loading, it takes 31.37 seconds to reach a drilling depth of 5 cm. At the time of the 2nd test on loading the 91N took 14.73 seconds. At the time of the 3rd drilling test with 114N loading took 12.29 seconds. So, the comparison between the loading is that the heavier the loading given to the pulley of the drilling machine, the faster the time produced for penetration to a depth of 5cm.
