In line with the regulatory requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 82 of 2013 article 3 paragraph 1 that every hospital organizes SIMRS. Aiming to measure the usability aspects of SIMRS used at Ar-Royyan Indralaya Hospital. Until now, there has been no measurement of SIMRS that is determined based on the level of usability. Therefore, it is currently uncertain whether the system is functional and efficient and satisfied with the services it provides. According to the ISO 9241-11 standard, there are 3 aspects, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The population in this research is Ar-Royyan Hospital employees themselves as many as 54 respondents. It can be concluded that SIMRS includes aspects of Effectiveness 87.5% (already effective), Efficiency with a speed level of 0,00667 goals/sec, the Satisfaction aspect measured using the SUS questionnaire obtained a value of 72.26 meaning that the level of user acceptance is in the acceptable category, grade scale value C + and Adjective rating category Good.
