The development of International Relations Science has produced new actors, not only countries are actors, other actors have emerged such as MultiNational Corporations (MNC), International Organizations (IO), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), even terrorism. This research discusses what are the benchmarks for a Multinational Company in making a decision to conduct Foreign Direct Investment in a destination country. Using a descriptive qualitative research approach with primary data sources with data collection techniques interviewing related sources. To answer and analyze this research, the author uses the OLI Paradigm theory or what is usually called the electic paradigm proposed by John H. Dunning. In his book entitled Theories and Paradigm of International Business Activity The Selected Essays of John H. Dunning, he reveals that the motivation that influences foreign investors to invest in a region is using the factors explained in The OLI Paradigm
