The rapid development of information technology has driven business transformation from conventional sales systems to digital platforms, including at Emy Collection Boutique in Palembang, which still relies on manual transactions, resulting in limitations in data recording, market reach, and customer service. This study aims to design and develop a web-based digital sales application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with PHP and MySQL, featuring product management, order processing, shopping cart, checkout, and integrated real-time sales reports. Testing using the Black Box method shows that all functions run properly according to the needs of both administrators and customers. The application supports more organized transaction management, expands market reach, and provides a simple and practical online shopping experience, while also serving as a digitalization solution for small and medium enterprises (UMKM).
