CV Anisa is a company engaged in providing cleaning service solutions. In managing its inventory data, the company still relies on manual recording, which is prone to errors in both documentation and stock calculation. Such conditions may hinder operational activities, particularly when sudden shortages of supplies occur. To address these issues, this study aims to design and develop a web-based inventory data management information system that facilitates the management of data and stock, as well as provides automatic notifications when the inventory level approaches the minimum threshold. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, implemented with the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The findings of this study indicate that the system successfully improves efficiency in inventory data management, simplifies the recording process for administrators, and delivers more accurate stock information. Furthermore, the minimum stock notification feature and real-time reporting have been proven to assist management in decision-making, thereby supporting the smooth operation of the company.
