This research is entitled "Effectiveness of Public Services Through Social Media Information at the South Sumatra National Road Implementation Center". The problem with this research is that the public does not know much about the information on social media about PUPR and the South Sumatra National Road Implementation Center. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of public services through social information media is effective or not by referring to the effectiveness theory by Gibson, Ivancevich, Donnelly, namely, Production, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Adaptation, and Development. This research method is qualitative. The results of this research are that public services through social media information are effective and running well, however the development of social media accounts needs to be improved because there are still many people who do not know about social media accounts as a forum for information.
