Low Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, and Neck Pain is one of the Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs). In Indonesia, low back pain sufferers are estimated to be between 7.6%-37% of the Indonesian population. The prevalence of shoulder pain has a lower incidence rate than low back pain. Neck pain for in Indonesia the prevalence is estimated to be around 16.6%. This pain complaint is caused by the weight of the load carried by the body is too heavy, normally each individual can carry less than 10% of body weight. Individuals who often carry heavy loads on their bodies are school students, carrying backpacks with a lot of weight to school for long periods of time and repeatedly. Students of SMA N 3 Martapura, OKU Timur in each day consist of 5-7 subjects, with 2 notebooks, 1 manual for each subject, sportswear, extracurricular activities, food and drinks causing the items carried to be heavy. The purpose of the study was to analyze the weight of the backpack load with complaints of low back pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain. The study used a cross sectional design with a sample of 70 people. Analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. Analysis of complaints of low back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain with the CMDQ questionnaire, measuring body weight and bag weight. Bivariate results showed there was a relationship between backpack weight and complaints of low back pain (p-value = 0.044) and shoulder pain (p-value = 0.024) and there was no relationship between backpack weight and neck pain complaints (p-value = 0.966). Students of SMA N 3 Martapura, East Oku, had an age of 16 years as many as 49 people (70%) and an age of 17 years as many as 21 people (30%). Respondents of male gender were 32 people (45.7%) and female gender were 38 people (54.3%). Respondents with backpack use duration 30 minutes were 31 people (44.3%). SMA N 3 Martapura students can take precautions by carrying necessary items or dividing items into several places
