DAYA SAING GLOBAL (GLOBAL COMPETITIVENESS) DAN PERDAGANGAN INTERNASIONAL : STUDI KOMPARASI DI NEGARA MAJU ASIA
Competitiveness in developed ASIA countries as measured using three of the twelve pillars of competitiveness by Pother is related to international trade, thus this research aims to determine the effect of competitiveness as measured by health, market size and the financial system on international trade. Internationally in four developed ASIAN countries, namely South Korea, Singapore, China and Japan. The data used in this research is secondary data from 2011-2021. The analysis technique used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this research show that the financial system and market size variables have a significant influence and the direction of the relationship is positive on international trade, while health has a significant influence but the direction of the relationship is negative, which means that an increase in health will reduce international trade in four developed ASIA countries.
