This study aims to determine the influence of career development and transformational leadership style on employee work productivity at PT Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy Baturaja. The population in this study was employees of PT Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy Baturaja using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 63 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while transformational leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on employee work productivity
