The direction of mining progress at PT Multi Service Mining is horizontal advancement, meaning that the coal seam is mined in the direction of the coal seam continuity in the sequence. Measurement of mining progress, or what can be called weekly progress at PT Multi Service Mining, is carried out weekly using a survey method using a total station to monitor mining progress. Later, adjustments will be made between the actual progress and the design plan that was made at the beginning of the month. If it does not match, a redesign will be carried out. To see whether the plan matches or does not match the actual conditions, a mining progress evaluation is carried out. The evaluation of mining progress is carried out based on area, depth, and volume. Evaluation of the suitability of the mining plan design with actual conditions shows areas that experience deviations, these deviations are undercuts, overcuts, and over-stripping. In addition to evaluating the mining plan design with actual conditions, an evaluation of the coal model with the actual conditions of the coal is also carried out to see whether the coal position matches or does not match. From the evaluation results, it was found that the actual position of the coal does not match the coal model.
