Through the implementation of the E-Samsat system, there are also complaints from the public, such as: there are obstacles and difficulties to register on the system, it is difficult to understand the system due to lack of knowledge of the latest technology considering that not all Indonesians have technology such as cellphones, computers and others. Seeing this situation, an evaluation of ESamsat needs to be carried out because the information system that has been built can be seen from the ease, usefulness and benefits of the system. To what extent has this system been able to serve the community in providing vehicle tax info. This research aims to produce a system that is easy to use, safe to operate, and efficient to implement. In this study, analyze the factors that affect the net benefits of the mobile E-Samsat system using the Hot-Fit method.. The results of this study indicate that the level of quality classified in several variables and the usefulness of the mobile-based E-Samsat System at the Palembang City Samsat Office. Keywords: E-Samsat, Hot-Fit, System, Information Melalui implementasi sistem E-Samsat ini juga tak luput dari keluhan masyarakat antara lain seperti: terdapat kendala dan kesulitan untuk mendaftar pada sistem tersebut, sulit memahami sistem dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap teknologi terkini mengingat tidak semua masyarakat Indonesia memiliki teknologi seperti handphone, Komputer dan lainnya. Melihat keadaan tersebut maka evaluasi terhadap E-Samsat perlu untuk dilakukan karena sistem informasi yang sudah di bangun dapat di lihat dari kemudahan, kegunaan dan manfaat dari sistem tersebut. Sudah sejauh mana sistem ini dapat melayani masyarakat dalam memberikan info pajak kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem yang mudah untuk digunakan, aman saat dioperasikan, dan efisien untuk diterapkan. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi net benefit sistem E-Samsat mobile dengan menggunakan metode Hot-Fit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kualitas yang diklasifikan dalam beberapa variabel serta kebermanfaatan Sistem E-Samsat berbasis mobile pada Kantor Samsat Kota Palembang.
