ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN SAPA 129 DALAM PENANGANAN KASUS KEKERASAN DI UPTD PPA PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Violence against women and children is a crucial and urgent issue that needs to be addressed immediately, The Technical Implementation Unit for Women and Children Protection (UPTD PPA) of South Sumatra Province serves as an extension of the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection (KemenPPPA), providing direct services to victims in the provincial area. One of the online services provided is SAPA 129. The SAPA 129 service serves as a platform for accommodating and handling complaints related to the protection of women and children. This service enables communities far from service centers to easily and quickly report all forms of violence, discrimination, or rights violations. This research aims to determine the Quality of SAPA 129 Service in Handling Violence Cases at UPTD PPA South Sumatra Province. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data was analyzed through stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the SAPA 129 service in handling violence cases had been running fairly well. However, several obstacles were still found, such as limited human resources that hindered readiness and speed in service delivery, inadequate facilities and infrastructure that were not disability-friendly, lack of adequate special assessment rooms that were not fully child-friendly, and limited operational vehicles for reaching victims in remote areas. It can be concluded that all efforts to address these obstacles can be carried out gradually to strengthen the quality of SAPA 129 services
