The design and development of a Web-Based Student Violation Application aims to assist schools in recording, managing, and monitoring student violation data more efficiently. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database and adopts the Waterfall development model as a systematic approach in the software design process. The implementation results show that the application is capable of providing features such as violation recording, student data management, recap reporting, and document printing, which facilitate teachers and homeroom teachers in carrying out supervision. With this system, the management of student violation data that was previously done manually can be computerized, making it faster, more accurate, and better structured. Therefore, this application serves as a solution to support school administration processes, improve the effectiveness of supervision, and strengthen student discipline through transparent and accountable data management
