PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PLANT GROWTH PROMOTING RHIZOBACTERIA (PGPR) AKAR PUTRI MALU (Mimosa pudica L.) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN TOMAT CERI (Solanum lycopersicum) DAN SUMBANGANNYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SMA
This study aims to determine the effect of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) from (Mimosa pudica L). roots on the growth of cherry tomato plants (Solanum lycopersicum). The method used in this study was an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 6 replicates. The PGPR concentrations used in this study were P0 (0%), P1 (10%), P2 (30%), P3 (50%), P4 (70%), and P5 (100%). The results of the study were analyzed using ANOVA and followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRA). The results showed that the application of PGPR to sensitive plant roots affected the height, number of leaves, and number of fruits of cherry tomato plants. The best treatment was treatment P4 with a concentration of 70%, which produced average growth in plant height (77.75 cm) and number of fruits (12 fruits). Observations of the number of leaves in the best treatment showed that treatment P5 with a concentration of 100% produced average growth in the number of leaves (92 leaves). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that PGPR Akar Putri Malu has a very significant effect on the growth of cherry tomato plants. The results of this study are contributed in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD) for Grade XII Phase F in the even semester on the subject of Innovation and Biological Technology.
