This study is entitled Evaluation of Dynamic Archive Management in the Administration Sub-Division of the Regional House of Representatives of South Sumatra Province. This study was conducted because it was motivated by the management of dynamic archives in the form of incoming and outgoing letters which still have several problems in their management. The purpose of this study is to determine how dynamic archives are managed in the Administration Sub-Division of the Regional House of Representatives of South Sumatra Province. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations and documentation. Using Stufflebeam's CIPP evaluation theory (1966). The results of this study indicate that the management of dynamic archives in the Administration Sub-Division of the Regional House of Representatives of South Sumatra Province is still not running well and there are indeed obstacles, especially in the dimensions of input, process and product. Recommendations or suggestions that can be given are such as increasing the number of human resources and strengthening infrastructure to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the management of these dynamic archives.
