PERAN PROACTIVE PERSONALITY TERHADAP CAREER ADAPTABILITY PADA KARYAWAN DI AWAL KARIER
This study aims to determine the role proactive personality on career adaptability among early career employees. The hypothesis of this study posits that proactive personality plays a role in career adaptability in early career employees. The population of this study consists of early career employees. A total of 153 participants were involved in the study, with an additional 50 participants for the trial (try out), selected using a purposive sampling technique. The measurement instruments used in this study were based on indicators of proactive personality proposed by Batemant and Crant (1993) and the dimensions of career adaptability from Savickas and Porfeli (2012).
