PERSONAL BRANDING RA ANITA NOERINGHATI SEBAGAI SINGA BETINA PARLEMEN BUMI SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to analyze the personal branding strategy carried out by RA Anita Noeringhati in shaping her image as the “Lioness of the Sriwijaya Parliament”. Personal branding is an essential element in modern politics, as it influences public perception of political figures, especially women leaders. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method to explore in depth how RA Anita developed her political image. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with key informants such as journalists, students, and political colleagues, as well as through documentation from mass media and digital platforms. The data were analyzed using the eight dimensions of personal branding theory proposed by Peter Montoya, namely: specialization, leadership, personality, distinctiveness, visibility, unity, persistence, and goodwill. The findings show that RA Anita Noeringhati successfully established herself as a firm, vocal, and influential female leader in local politics. The nickname “Lioness of the Sriwijaya Parliament” reflects her strong leadership and dedication to the people of South Sumatra. Her personal branding strategy demonstrates that female politicians can compete credibly and inspire the public in political spaces.
