PENGARUH PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR AIR LIMBAH TAHU TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN CAISIM (Brassica chinensis var. parachinensis) DAN SUMBANGANNYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SMA
This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer made from tofu wastewater on the growth of caisim plants (Brassica chinensis var. parachinensis). The method used in this research was an experimental study employing a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 9 replications, resulting in 27 experimental units. The concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) used in this study were as follows: LOF control (no fertilizer), P1 (5% LOF made from soaking wastewater), and P2 (5% LOF made from boiling wastewater). The parameters observed in this study included the number of leaves, fresh shoot weight, dry shoot weight, fresh root weight, and dry root weight. The results were analyzed using One-Way ANOVA statistical tests and followed by Duncan's Significant Difference Test (BJND) for significance differences. The ANOVA test results showed that the number of leaves, fresh shoot weight, and dry root weight parameters differed significantly. However, the dry shoot weight and fresh root weight parameters showed notable differences across treatments. The best treatment for all parameters was P1 with 5% LOF from soaking wastewater, with an average of 10 leaves, 30.11 g fresh shoot weight, 1.7452 g dry shoot weight, 1.9644 g fresh root weight, and 0.2127 g dry root weight. Based on these results, it can be concluded that tofu wastewater liquid organic fertilizer effectively supports the growth of caisim plants. The findings of this study have been contributed in the form of Student Worksheet (LKPD) for Grade XII, Phase F, even semester on the topic of Growth and Development of Living Things.
